All students, academics and support staff can be contacted at the following address, including those who live at the GAB:
Pembroke College
St Aldate's
Oxford
OX1 1DW
Pembroke College is located on Pembroke Square just off St Aldate's in central Oxford (don't be confused by Pembroke Street which is also nearby - our main entrance is on Pembroke Square, on the south side of St Aldate's Church).
Oxford has excellent road and rail links, and is not far from major airports. Located in the centre of the city, Pembroke is well positioned for use of public transport and we encourage green travel wherever possible to help reduce our carbon footprint. Oxford train station is a 15 minute walk away, the main coach station a 10 minute walk and local bus stops are just outside the College main entrance on St Aldate’s. If it necessary to use a car for your visit, please note that the College cannot provide parking, so please use the Park and Ride (the link buses drop off near to Pembroke in city centre) or a nearby city centre carpark. If parking on site is vital for your visit please contact the Head Porter in advance on 01865 276444.
If using sat nav to find your way to Pembroke, the main College postcode is OX1 1DW; all visitors should report to the Porters Lodge on arrival.
Information about what to expect when you arrive at College and accessibility details for those with mobility constraints are available from the University's online guide.
The Sir Geoffrey Arthur Building (GAB), where some of our students live, is about 10 minute walk from the College on the banks of the river Thames (postcode OX1 4NJ). Please note, there is no car parking at the GAB.

Alumni will not normally be denied access to College. There are rare, but occasional times when alumni and other non-resident members of College may be restricted in their right to visit because of events taking place which necessitate strict security arrangements. The Development Team is always interested in alumni visits and invite you to notify them of your plans via email, at which point they will also be able to advise on any events which may affect your visit. Please see more on the Alumni Hub.
Full information for alumni about visiting Pembroke and other colleges can be found here.
Alumni are encouraged to come with their My Oxford Card, which identifies you as a member of the University as well as giving you access to a range of exclusive benefits and offers. If you already have an Oxford Alumni Card, you do not need a My Oxford Card as the previous version is still valid. Click here for more details or to request your My Oxford Card.
