Believe in Him Installation Visits Pembroke

Believe in Him, created by Utah artist Tom Holdman in collaboration with the Roots of Humanity Foundation, is a 32-foot long stained glass exhibit which has travelled between Rome, Paris and London. During the recent vacation, the travelling exhibition spent a week in Pembroke's Hall and Chapel, where it was enjoyed by students, staff and visitors.

Pembroke Library Featured in BBC Radio 4 Stand-Up Series

Professional comedian Susan Calman visited Pembroke College during an episode of her BBC Radio 4 show 'Keep Calman Carry On'.

In the episode, Susan Calman is taken on a 'spontaneous holiday' with John Finnemore, and arrives at Pembroke without prior planning. 

Given a tour of the College library and shown a rare medical manuscript, the presenter became enchanted by the literary treasures in Pembroke's rare books collection.

The episode is available on the BBC Radio 4 website until 1st April 2016. Pembroke features from 15:00 until 18:09.
