90 Pembroke Offer Holders Welcomed to College

Having received offers to study at Pembroke earlier this year, our 2024 Undergraduate Offer Holders were invited to College on Friday to get a taste of College life and meet current students and staff.

This year, 90 Offer Holders were welcomed to Pembroke for the occasion, the highest attendance we have ever seen for this event! Throughout the course of the day, Offer Holders were given the opportunity to eat lunch in our historic Hall for the first time, take student-led tours of College, and meet various College Teams and the Junior Common Room (JCR) Committee to learn more about life at Pembroke.

Speaking about the day, our Senior Student Officer, Kate Bickerton, expressed that it was “really great” to welcome so many Offer Holders in person, especially given that interviews now take place online. “We hope that those who attended enjoyed the day and got a feel for what living and studying at Pembroke might be like, and are excited to join our community in October. For those who were not able to attend, we are more than happy to answer any questions over email or arrange a Teams call with a member of the team.”
