As Pembroke enters its 5th century, our priority is to deliver an outstanding student experience to everyone who joins our community. As you'll know, a Pembroke education is a life-changing one - one that realises potential, teaches excellence and inspires brilliance in everyone who takes part.

Pembroke College's Annual Fund

Unrestricted gifts give the College the freedom to direct your support to the areas of the student experience that need it urgently. Whether that's ensuring we can offer world-class facilities to live and learn in, or providing financial security to students so they can flourish during their time here, the Annual Fund offers the College a way of addressing student needs immediately.

Access and Outreach

Our ground-breaking OxNet programme is an unapologetically academic outreach initiative working with a network of Hub and Link schools in underrepresented regions of the UK. It has inspired over 10,000 students to consider and prepare for study at a leading university. We now seek to expand OxNet to embrace science as well as humanities subjects and begin working with younger children. Learn more about OxNet.

Student Support and Enrichment

With your support, we can ensure that once our students join us, they have access to the financial and pastoral support needed to flourish during their College years. Whether that's through hardship bursaries, travel grants or funding to explore extracurricular interests that wouldn't be possible on a student budget - students have the support they need to fully embrace this one-of-a-kind education. 

Alongside the tutorial system, students cultivate crucial qualities to prepare their entry into the world after College. Teamwork, innovation, persistence; all of these qualities are practiced and polished in the extra-curricular life of the College, whether that’s in a boat, on a sports field, or as part of a theatrical production or an orchestra. Your support helps all students get the best out of their Pembroke education.

Pembroke 400th Anniversary Sports Fund

Sport plays an enormous role in student life at Pembroke. We pride ourselves not only on the great success of our teams and their reputation across Oxford, but on the communities built and strengthened through sport. Students of all backgrounds and experiences are brought together to celebrate hard work and achievement, and to encourage each other in victory and defeat. To secure the future of sport at Pembroke, we need to raise £500,000.

As part of the world-leading University of Oxford, teaching has been at the core of Pembroke’s mission since its foundation, and continues to guide our aspirations for the future. We understand the tutorial system’s importance in producing exceptional graduates and that this aspect of an Oxford education is what sets it apart.

Your support helps us protect the tutorial system across 22 subjects, expanding the range of subject topics our students and academics can delve into and enriching their understanding of their fields of study through uniquely personalised teaching experiences.
