"I am a member of the Wildlife Conservation Research Unit (the WildCRU) in the Department of Zoology. In recent years, the preservation of biodiversity has increasingly been recognised as global priority. I have particular responsibility for data management and analysis across a wide spectrum of projects. The WildCRU is a pioneering, inter-disciplinary research unit. We aspire to underpin solutions to conservation problems through primary scientific research. I am one of the tutors on the WildCRU Diploma course in International Wildlife Conservation Practice. This brings students from across the globe to Oxford, frequently from countries facing significant conservation challenges."
