
Dr Farrah Raza
I am a Stipendiary Lecturer in Public Law at Pembroke College, University of Oxford since 2017. I tutor Constitutional Law to first years at Pembroke College, where I also participate in the law admissions process. I also tutored Administrative Law.
I was awarded the Minerva Fast Track Fellowship by the Max Planck Society in January 2020. I lead the Minerva Research Group entitled The Ethics of Exchange: the Regulation of Organ Donation and Transplantation at the Max Planck Institute for Social Anthropology, Department of Law and Anthropology, in Halle (Saale), Germany, since September 2020.
I hold a PhD from King's College London (KCL), which was fully funded by the Centre of European Law at KCL. I hold a LL.B. from KCL and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge. I was previously a Senior Teaching Fellow in Public Law at the School of Oriental & African Studies, University of London, where I delivered the lectures on the Human Rights Act 1998. I also taught on the Public Law and Anti-Discrimination Law courses at KCL.
My research interests include: Law and Religion, Public Law, Human Rights and Discrimination Law.
