Dr Eamonn Molloy

Fellow and Tutor in Management

Eamonn is internationally recognised for his research and executive-level teaching in the areas of complex organisation design and technological change, with particular emphasis on the strategic dynamics of temporary project, programme and portfolio-based organisations, and the role of technology in professional and organisational change.

Eamonn has worked on research projects with numerous government bodies, including the National Health Service, the Department for Education and Skills, the Department for International Development and Ministry of Defence. He has also worked closely with many private-sector clients, including Cadbury Schweppes, Unilever, United Utilities, BNFL and major mining, oil and gas companies.

Outside his work, Eamonn is an Honorary Group Captain in 601 (County of London) Squadron RAuxAF, Chair of The RAF Central Fund charity and a part-time flying instructor at the West London Aero Club. He is an honorary fellow of the International Consulting Economists’ Association, and an associate fellow of the ESRC’s Centre for Skills, Knowledge and Organisational Performance.

He is regularly invited to speak to senior policymakers and business leaders on innovation, technological change and major programme management.

Eamonn runs his own Educational Advisory and Facilitation Services company, Dr Eamonn Molloy Ltd.

Teaching activities

Eamonn specialises in delivering executive education courses to a wide variety of clients. Currently he is principally involved with the Major Projects Leadership Academy.

Previous clients have come from the finance, infrastructure, aerospace, defence and high-tech start-up sectors.

In addition, Eamonn is an experienced executive coach, senior leadership team mentor, action learning set facilitator, strategy advisor and organisation design consultant.
