Professor Gregg Huff wins the Lindert-Williamson Prize

Congratulations to Pembroke Senior Research Fellow Professor Gregg Huff, who was jointly awarded the Economic History Association’s Lindert-Williamson Prize for ‘the outstanding book in the last two years on global, African, Asian or Latin American History’. His book, World War II and Southeast Asia: Economy and Society under Japanese Occupation was published by Cambridge University Press and is the first comprehensive account of the economies and societies of Southeast Asia during the 1941-1945 Japanese occupation.
