Pembroke Head Chorister Wins Music Award

NEWS |

Congratulations to Pembroke Chorister Noah Palferman, who has recently been awarded a Music Exhibition to St Edwards School, where he will begin his studies in September.

Noah is a member of Christ Church Cathedral School, and was one of the founder intake of boy choristers established at Pembroke in October 2019. Noah’s musical talents have seen him develop as a pianist, cellist and singer throughout his musical education.

Reflecting on his time as a Pembroke chorister, Noah commented: “Singing at Pembroke College was an amazing experience, and it gave me the opportunity to gain confidence in singing, which I had not had before, and to apply for a music award at my next school."

This excellent achievement demonstrates the musical value of chorister training, and Christ Church Cathedral School hopes that this success story can be the first of many as the Pembroke choir develops its reputation both in the city and beyond.
