Congratulations to graduates Ville-Valtteri Helenius, Duncan Law, Ananth Natarajan and Peter Sauerhoefer, who were all awarded distinctions in the MSc course in Major Programme Management, delivered by the Said Business School.

Ville, Duncan, Ananth and Peter were part of the small cohort of students who joined the Pembroke MCR for the duration of the two year Said Business School course, under the care of Dr Eamonn Molloy, Fellow and Tutor in Management at Pembroke. Upon completion of the course, Ananth was awarded the Said Foundation prize for the best overall grade in the cohort, and has submitted his dissertation to the Project Management Journal for their special issue on machine learning. Duncan’s work was also recognised with the Programme Director's Award for academic excellence. Ville received a distinction for the Oxford Programme Performance Study in which he developed a novel framework for improving major programme performance through making better choices between programme management methods.

Reflecting on his achievement and time as a member of the Pembroke MCR, Duncan commented; "It's been an incredible opportunity for all of us to step back into academia after over ten years in industry. Throughout our two years at Oxford the members of the college and the MCR have made us feel welcome and a part of the Pembroke community. In particular, we'd like to thank Eamonn Molloy, who has looked after us so well, both during and after lectures."
