New Alumni Portraits hung in the Hall

NEWS |

Another selection of photographic portraits has been hung in the Hall as a celebratory display of the lives and achievements of Pembrokians. These portraits, which are changed annually, highlight just a small sample of our alumni community and the extraordinary things they have gone on to accomplish since graduating from the College.

Chosen by the college’s Art Committee in consultation with the Fellowship and the student body, the display once again features six of our alumni. The 2020 - 2021 exhibition of portraits includes:

Hope Oloye (2015 – Neuroscience) DPhil Neuroscience Student at UCL and former JCR President

Katie Hickman (1979 – English) Novelist and Social Historian

Duncan Wilson (1975 – PPE & Postgrad Archaeology) CEO of Historic England

Danielle Ivory (2005 – MPhil History) New York Times Journalist

John Krebs (1963 – Zoology) Cross Bench Member of the House of Lords

Samra Turajlic (1996 – Medicine) Consultant Medical Oncologist and Scientist

Full information about each person represented in the portraits project is available in our summary guide, here.
