Pembroke Alumna accepted into the Class of 2022 Presidential Leadership Program

Dr Jin Lee (2008, Experimental Psychology) was accepted into the Class of 2022 Presidential Leadership Program earlier this year. For the 7th year running, the program has selected 60 scholars from a varied network of leaders to initiate meaningful change across the world by learning about leadership from former presidents, key former administration officials, and leading academics.

Dr. Jin Lee is a digital health investor, entrepreneur, and board member to many start-ups. She is currently the Director of Digital Health at Astellas Pharma, and serves on the board of directors and advisors for multiple small companies and non-profits such as the American Heart Association.  Previously Dr. Lee worked at the innovation and venture groups of Humana and Providence St. Joseph Health doing series A & B digital health investments.  She also founded start-ups in the healthcare, food, and education industries. Dr. Lee is an advisor to multiple accelerators and is also an angel investor. She received her BAs in Neuroscience and Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and her D.Phil in Experimental Neuropsychology from Pembroke College at the University of Oxford.

Upon learning of her scholarship, Dr Lee said: 

"I'm so honoured to be part of the Presidential Leadership Program Class of 2022! It's such an amazing opportunity to learn from the administrations of President George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George HW Bush, Lyndon B. Johnson, and all the great scholars and alumni!"
