Pembroke College announces with great sadness that Emeritus Fellow Piers Mackesy, MA, D Phil, DLitt, FBA died peacefully at home on 30th June 2014 aged 89.

The Funeral Service will be held at Christ Church, Kincardine O’Neil, Aberdeenshire at 1.30 p.m. on Wednesday 9th July 2014.

There will be a Memorial Service at Pembroke College, Oxford on Thursday 30th October 2014 - click here for full details.
