Understanding Early Migration from Italy - The Case of Sicily and Louisiana

This workshop, organised by Italian Studies at Oxford (ISO) and the Center for European Studies of the University of Verona, will focus on early migration from Italy and particularly on the case of Sicily and Louisiana.

It will see the discussion of four, brief position papers which will be available online as of 3 November. The papers will be introduced by their authors, and then discussed by four experts in the field. Everybody will be welcome to join the conversation. Drinks will follow.
