Sports Dinner in the Long Room at the the Pavilion, Lord’s Cricket Ground, London

The Master invites all Pembrokian sports enthusiasts to a Black Tie Dinner in the Long Room at Lord’s Pavilion. For those who haven’t been before, the Pavilion at Lord’s is unique in world sport, both in terms of its architecture and the art that adorns its walls.
This will be a special evening attended by Pembrokians across the full spectrum of sporting abilities from those who have represented their countries at Olympics, Blues and Half Blues to those who turned out on a cold and wet Tuesday afternoon in February for the 3rd XI at Wilf’s Meadow…
We very much want people, if they wish, to be able to sit with their old team mates. To this end, we have tasked a number of Pembroke Sporting Legends with corralling tables of their sports and vintages. These include:-
- Keith Howick (Hockey & Cricket 1970’s)
- Simon Mills/Adam Chadwick (Cricket 1980’s)
- Antony Tabor/Matt Cumberpatch (Football 1980’s)
- Rachel Morgan/Rob Evans (Rowing 1990’s)
- Antony Harris/Andrew Pitt (Darts 1980’s)
- Richard Harding/Douglas Barnes/(Rugby 1980’s)
- James Sleeman (Rowing & Hockey 1990’s)
- Alex Bates (Rugby 2010’s)

Drinks at 6.30pm followed by dinner at 7.30pm.
