The publication of the first in a six volume book series focusing on the scientific works of medieval polymath Robert Grosseteste will be celebrated here at Pembroke on Sunday, 17th of November.

Featuring 19 co-authors in total, the volume includes new editions, translations and analysis of Grosseteste and his work, which is dedicated to the understanding of natural philosophy in the ancient and medieval worlds, amongst many other subjects.
