The Seminar will explore the potential of the Quill Platform to help scholars, legal advisers, and judges answer difficult questions arising under treatises such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
It will take place on Wednesday 28th February 1pm - 3pm in the Harold Lee Room, Pembroke College, Oxford.
