Mindfulness Taster Session

The Oxford Student Mindfulness Society are hosting a taster session  for the 8- Week Mindfulness course at Pembroke. The speaker  is Chris Cullen from the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre.

Pembroke ran an 8-week mindfulness course last term and we are looking to run another course in the future. Mindfulness is a great practice for learning to deal with anxiety, stress, poor concentration and exhaustion, and if you think you may be interested in taking the course or attending weekly student meetings please come to the session!

There is no need to pre-book, but please contact the OSMS  at oxfordstudentmindfulnesssoc@gmail.com, to give them an idea of numbers. Please also note that there is a  £1 charge on the door per person.
