Believe in Him Installation Visits Pembroke

Believe in Him, created by Utah artist Tom Holdman in collaboration with the Roots of Humanity Foundation, is a 32-foot long stained glass exhibit which has travelled between Rome, Paris and London. During the recent vacation, the travelling exhibition spent a week in Pembroke's Hall and Chapel, where it was enjoyed by students, staff and visitors.

Summer Eights 2017: Pembroke College First Boats Retain Positions on River

Congratulations to the Pembroke College Boat Club (PCBC), who put in a solid effort at this year’s Summer Eights (the annual intercollegiate Trinity term bumping race). This year we had eight boats on the water. The Men’s First (M1) and Women’s First (W1) boats have retained their positions of fourth and second on the river respectively.

The rest of the results are as follows:

W2 - bumped up twice to finish 9th in Division III

M2 – retained the 'M2 Headship' but were bumped down four places from 8th to 12th in Division II

W3 - dropped one place in Division V to 9th

M3 - dropped four places in Division V to 11th

W4 - dropped three places in Division VI to 7th

M4 - (Alumni boat) rose 3 places in Division VI to 7th
