What is mindfulness?

This taster session, led by Chris Cullen from the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre, aims to provide an introduction to mindfulness, some of the ways in which it is proving useful to individuals and communities today, and some practical ways of cultivating greater mindfulness within a busy student life.

Chris Cullen teaches mindfulness courses for MPs and Peers in the Houses of Parliament, for musicians and actors at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and for students at Oxford University.

The Oxford University Mindfulness Centre has been running very popular mindfulness courses and classes for university students within Colleges since 2011.
