Celebrating the 250th anniversary of the publication of Samuel Johnson’s ‘The Plays of William Shakespeare’ at Pembroke College, where Johnson was a student.

Friday 7th August, 8:30pm, Pichette Auditorium
Shakespeare’s Garland: a medley of song settings from the plays 

Soprano Nicola Harrison and pianist Guy Newbury present a programme which includes Thomas Morley’s It was a lover and his lass, Roger Quilter’s How should I your true love know? and Frank Bridge’s Blow Thou Winter Wind
