Poetry at Pembroke: Launch of Only the Moon Howls (Chough Publications) with members of the Hall Writers’ Forum

This termly poetry series, organised and led by Dr Peter King is free and open to all. The Trinity term series will be beginning with the launch of Only the Moon Howls (Chough Publications) with members of the hall Writers’ Forum.
The Hall Writers’ Forum was launched on line in 2013 with a view to fostering dialogue, collaboration, and creative writing. Its members include current and former students of St Edmund Hall, Oxford, members of the Hall's academic and non-academic staff, and associates from outside the college who have been nominated by forum members.
Only the Moon Howls (Chough Publications) is a collection of poems inspired by the moon, written by members of the Hall Writers’ Forum. The verses, photos, drawings, and paintings about the moon were first posted on a thread on the Forum, and includes contributions by: Darrell Barnes, Carmen Bugan, Jared Campbell, Tom Clucas, Jude Cowan Montague, Cathy Dreyer, Tony Hufton, Peter J. King, Lucy Newlyn, Bruce Ross Smith, and Mohammad Talib.
