Nordic-Baltic Defence: Planning Ahead

The Changing Character of War Programme (CCW) will be welcoming former Visiting Fellow Professor Janne Haaland Matlary for a study day on Nordic-Baltic Defence on Thursday 5th November.
Janne Haaland Matláry, Professor of international politics at the University of Oslo, is a Norwegian political scientist, writer, and politician who served as State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 1997–2000.
Other speakers include Dr Charly Pasternak (Finnish Institute of International Affairs), Dr Andrew Monaghan (Chatham House) and Dr Deividas Slekys (University of Vilnius)
The event is free places are limited and registration is essential. You can register on Eventbrite HERE.

The CCW respectfully asks that you only sign up if you are able to attend the whole day as free spaces are strictly limited. If you would like to sit in on one or two sessions, please let the Programme Administrator know (ruth.murray@pmb.ox.ac.uk) as that may be arranged separately.
