Teachers' Conference

Pembroke holds a yearly conference for teachers and senior managers from the UK state sector. This conference is open to teachers from all UK state schools, with priority given to schools in our  linked regions (Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham in London, Bolton, Bury, Cheshire, Halton, Rochdale, Warrington and Wigan).

This conference allows us to connect teachers and senior managers from the state sector together with our academics and students, in a lively and stimulating environment. The conference provides detailed information about supporting students through the Oxford admissions process, as well as further discussion about life at Oxford University.

The 2020 Teachers' Conference will be held on 3 July 2020.

The conference is expected to run from around 11am to 6pm, and will include a lunch in Hall, and conclude with an evening dinner. Overnight accommodation on Friday night will be offered free of charge to those travelling long distances. Accommodation on the preceding Thursday may also be available to those with extremely long journeys.

Further information on the conference, including the topics for 2020 and the application process, will be published here in due course. You can also contact Kirsty Simpson, Admissions and Access Officer, to request more information when it is available.
