Law Residential Event

This March Pembroke College is hosting a Law Residential event for UK Year 12 students, in partnership with Corpus Christi College. Taking place on Monday 12th - Tuesday 13th March 2018, this free residential event will give students the opportunity to experience life at an Oxford college, take part in workshops led by legal academics, meet current law undergraduates, and attend the University of Oxford Law Open Day.

Overnight accommodation and meals will be provided to all participants.

Applications are now open: Click here to apply (this link will take you to the Corpus Christi website).

We will be accepting applications until 9 AM, Monday 12th February. Only current Year 12 students studying in the UK are eligible to apply. There is no automatic confirmation email once you submit your application; applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via email by 5 PM Friday, 16th February.

We expect the programme to be oversubscribed. As well as academic merit, those considering the applications will be taking into account contextual information similar to that used in the Oxford admissions process (see here); therefore, an unsuccessful application does not reflect an applicant’s likelihood of being successful in an application for undergraduate study at the University of Oxford.

Please note that a successful place will automatically enrol you on the Law Open Day on Tuesday 13th March. If you plan on attending the Law Open Day regardless of whether or not you gain a place on the residential, we recommend you ask your school to register you for a place as insurance (bookings are made by schools not individuals): Oxford Law Open Days.
