Teachers
The Pembroke approach to access work seeks to understand and accommodate the teacher perspective. Accordingly, our programmes connect staff in our partner schools and colleges, via the exchange of subject expertise of Oxbridge academics and alumni, and in so-doing boost and inform teaching strategies.
Pembroke is committed to deepening these connections at the annual Teachers Conference. For 2020, we will replace our usual in-Oxford event with a series of three online twilight sessions. These events will be open to state school teachers and staff working in the North West of England, Hammersmith and Fulham, and in schools linked to our OxNet Hubs. For more information and to register please see here.
Pembroke's Subject Centres and annual Teachers' Conference bring together Oxford academics and teachers in London and the North West.
Pupils and teachers explain the impact of interaction with the Pembroke outreach programme activities.
