2022 Undergraduate Open Days

NEWS |

We were thrilled to welcome hundreds of prospective applicants and their supporters through our doors this year for our first in-person Open Days since 2019.

Our three Open Days, held across June and September, were a chance for students from across the country and further to explore Pembroke and get a feel for living and studying here. Visitors were welcomed by our team of friendly Student Ambassadors who ran tours of the College and answered questions about life at Pembroke and at Oxford. Prospective applicants also had a chance to meet Subject Tutors and hear about the courses we offer, what it’s like to study here, and how they can make a successful application.

Academic Director, Nancy Braithwaite, gave an Admissions talk with a Q&A, giving advice on making a competitive application to Oxford. You can watch a recording of the talk and Q&A here. Visitors were also invited to subject taster talks from Tutors in Engineering, Medicine and Politics, on topics ranging from Artificial Intelligence to Time Travel and Democracy.

We hope that everyone who visited us on our Open Days enjoyed exploring all that Pembroke to offer, and we wish all applicants the very best of luck with their decisions and applications!

If you missed the Open Days, you can find resources and information about us on our website, in our digital prospectus, and on our Open Day microsite. You can also sign up to our mailing list for prospective applicants for 2023 entry to keep up to date with key information and events.
