Dr Amy Dickman - Working with National Geographic
Dr Amy Dickman, Kaplan Senior Research Fellow, has been working alongside National Geographic in the field of big cat conservation. Amy directs the Ruaha Carnivore Project in southern Tanzania and works with her team to reduce the amount of carnivore attacks whilst educating the local communities on the benefits they can gain by minimising the human-carnivore conflict.
Dr Amy Dickman, Kaplan Senior Research Fellow, has been working alongside National Geographic in the field of big cat conservation.
Last year, Dr Dickman presented her research ‘The Plight of Big Cats’ at National Geographic Society’s Explorers Festival in London.
