LGBTQ Students

  • Coming to university is a time during which many LGBT+ people come out to friends and family whilst at the same time being exposed to new people, as well as personal and academic challenges.

  • Whether you are sure and open about your gender and sexuality or not there are many resources available at Oxford and further afield to help you.

  • At Pembroke we welcome and accept everyone, regardless of their gender and sexuality.

  • However, should you experience discrimination of any sort, we hope you would feel comfortable to raise it with someone in college.

  • Anyone on our Welfare People page is happy to talk with you, however you may wish to speak with your JCR (undergraduate) or MCR (graduate) LGBT+ representative too.
