Scholarships & Awards
The College awards Domus Scholarships and Exhibitions to Pembroke undergraduates as a result of their performance in their First Public Examinations.
The College also offers many Awards and Prizes which are available to undergraduate students at Pembroke and which are awarded at various times during the academic year. Some are awarded on academic results achieved in public examination but others require an application. Details of how to apply are advertised both on the College noticeboards and via e-mail. Further information may be obtained from the academic.office@pmb.ox.ac.uk. The amount of some of these awards may vary each year according to the interest earned by the appropriate trust fund.
Pembroke has a strong tradition in music and has a thriving Music Society. Two Organ Scholars are in residence each year and funds are available for Choral Awards.
Second Year Undergraduates may also apply to participate in Technos International Week, an exciting and prestigious event which takes place in Japan during Weeks 7 and 8 of Trinity Term.
The College is also delighted to be able to offer a Vocal Scholarship. Recipients do not need to be studying music. The scholar is entitled to receive up to 24 lessons provided by Nicola Harrison our Tutor in Singing and Interpretation. For more information please contact the Academic Office.
