Communication with the Pembroke College Admissions Office
All queries should be directed in the first instance to the Admissions & Access Officer, Miss Rebecca Wilson. She can be contacted by e-mail on admissions@pmb.ox.ac.uk or by telephone on 00 44 (0)1865 276412. Please include your name, UCAS ID number and the course you are applying for in any correspondence. Due to the extremely large volume of e-mails received at this time, it is advisable to phone with the most urgent queries or leave a brief message (phone messages are checked regularly).
BRIEF TIMELINE OF IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES
UPDATE 29 NOVEMBER 2011:
ALL DECISIONS FOR ARTS/HUMANITIES/SOCIAL SCIENCES SUBJECTS HAVE NOW BEEN MADE.
CANDIDATES INVITED FOR INTERVIEW HAVE BEEN EMAILED WITH FURTHER INFORMATION. Candidates not shortlisted for interview have been posted a final decision letter explaining the feedback procedure in early January (see below). Candidates from overseas who were planning to travel for interview have been notified if they are required or not; and others under consideration for a Skype interview have also been notified. If you are in doubt about the status of your application please get in touch by e-mail or telephone and we will answer as soon as possible to confirm the decision.
SCIENCE CANDIDATES:
ALL DECISIONS FOR SCIENCE CANDIDATES EXCEPT MEDICINE HAVE BEEN MADE. Invitation emails to candidates selected for interview have been sent to Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Experimental Psychology, Psychology with Philosophy, Maths and Maths & Philosophy candidates. Final decision letters to those not selected for interview have been posted. The timetable for Engineering and Medicine candidates will be confirmed in the next two to three days and invitations sent by email.

11 to 15 December 2011: Interview period for Science subjects
16 December 2011: Final decision letters to be sent to all interviewed candidates
